Spanning a 2 acre spring feed lake, the Crystal Bridge is the centerpiece of the Myriad Botanical Gardens. This
architecturally acclaimed cylinder of acrylic and steel is
224 feet long, reaching 7 stories high. The Tropical
Conservatory was opened in March of 1988.
Take the "Adventure Walk" passing under a 35 foot
cascading waterfall, or get a birds eye view from high
above on the "Skywalk". See the many varieties of
orchids, palm trees, exotic flowers, and butterflies from
around the world...all in a controlled rain forest
 environment.
Along with a stunning permanent collection, seasonal
exhibits are presented approximately 4 times yearly,
concluding in a holiday display of poinsettias and
 thousands of sparkling white lights.
Numerous events and educational opportunities are held
throughout the year. This may be the only downtown
attraction that has amply free parking for its visitors!
A small fee is charged for entry to the Crystal Bridge
but a visit to the outdoor gardens is free.
