 BRIDAL VEIL FALLS
Overlooking Telluride to the west, the spray of the water
is felt on our faces as the falls cascade to the rocks below.
A jeep trip from Ouray over the mountains to Telluride blended into a perfect day. (1992)

SOWARD RANCH
Our very own "mirror lake" only a few hundred feet from a rustic log cabin on Soward Ranch, located about 10 miles from Creede. No door locks and minimal conveniences did not prevent us from having a wonderful 3 days of back country pleasure. (1992)

ASPEN GROVE
Along the "Last Dollar Road", a shortcut from Telluride to Ouray, over the mountains.
Rich in beautiful scenery, but a long rough ride on a road intended for 4 wheel vehicles only. We bumped across two glazier fields on the journey in a little stationwagon not designed for such travel...hoping not to knock a hole in the oil pan on this lonely road. (1976)
